Talking Agent Reminds You of The Coming Appointment

Add your new agents:

1. Start eReminder Center,
2. Select Tools, Agent Configure from the menu, or
3. When you configure your reminder, click Configure... in the Modify Reminder or Add Reminder dialog, which is located in the right of Pop up an agent.
4. In the Agent Configure dialog, click Add button, add a new character as your reminder agent.
5. click the Remove button, to remove the character.
6. Click the Test button to test whether the specified the character is complying with the Microsoft Agent Standard.
7. Click Ok button to save your changes.

Flag an Appointment as Complete

As a secretary, you need arrange one day's appointments for your boss or your department. An busy boss usually has a lot of appointments/dates. You may often have the same questions: which of them are finished, which of them are broken, and which of them will be due. After several phones or mails, you have forgotten to reminder your boss the coming appointments.

As a professional, you may have a lot of things or tasks to do in one day. After a long time of working, you may have forgot which of them are finished, and which of them are not started.

In such condition, you need a software, which can make a special flag to appointments/tasks. When the appointment is finished, or the task is done, you can scratch it out, or line it through.

eTimeInc software has published a software, named eReminder - Easy Calendar and Reminder, which has provided this feature. When a task or appointment is finished, you can flag it by marking it as complete. This utility will give you a clear view to identify which appointments/tasks have been done and which appointments/tasks you still have.

Just right-click the event/appointment you have finished, select the option Mark Complete,

then the appointment will be scratched out.

Mark an appointment with completion flag

1. Select View->Current View->Day/Week/Month/Year.
2. Move mouse to the appointment you want to mark complete, right-click your mouse, and then select Mark Complete item in the context menu. The appointment you selected will be marked with a completion flag.
3. Or double-click the appointment you want to mark complete, in the Edit Appointment Entry dialog, click the Mark Complete button. The appointment you selected will be marked with a completion flag.

Note: For recurrent appointment, mark complete will mark all the series of the selected appointment with completion flag.

Mark a task with completion flag

1. Click Tasks item in the View Navigator.
2. Select a task and right-click your mouse, then select the Mark Complete item in the context menu. The selected task will be marked with a completion flag.
3. Or double-click the task you want to mark complete, in the Edit Task Entry dialog, click the Mark Complete button. The task you selected will be marked with a completion flag.

Moreover, you can compare two different date time, and get the full report how many seconds, minutes hours, days, weeks, months, years, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Weekday, Weekend day, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec, Day 28, Day 29, Day 30, Day 31 between them. While in the Ask section, you can get a list of The first/second/third/fourth/last Day/Weekday/Weekend day/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday of January/February/March/April/May/June/July/Auguest/September/October/November/December in a specified date range, for example, the last weekday of Auguest between 2008.1.1 and 2010.12.31.

Synchronize any tasks/appointments/notes You can specify which tasks/appointments/notes to synchronize from eReminder to Microsoft Outlook, or from Microsoft Outlook to eReminder. Delete any tasks/appointments/notes Deleting any tasks/appointments/notes in eReminder or Microsoft Outlook.
	With Microsoft Project/Project Server Integrates with Microsoft Project/Project Server Providing synchronizing all tasks/appointments between eReminder and Microsoft Project/Project Server. If you specify Popup an agent as a reminder way, then a Microsoft Agent will pop up and read the notification when the appointment/task is due.

	To specify talking agent for a task: In the New Task Entry/Edit Task Entry dialog,  click Reminder button and then select the notification method: Popup an agent in the dialog.
	To specify talking agent for an appointment: In the New Appointment Entry/Edit Appointment Entry dialog,  click Reminder button and then select the notification method: Popup an agent in the dialog.

Note: 

	If you did not install Microsoft Agent Engine, the item of Popup an agent can not be selected.

To add Resources: Click Tools, Resources from the Navigator (or select Category, Tools, Resources from the menu). Add room as many as you need in the Resources view. When you add a new resource, make sure check the option Display in Calendar if you wish to display the resource information in Calendar.

For tasks, there is one filter for grid, while for calendar, there are two filters. One is for grid, and the other is for scheduler. When switch to Day/Week/Month/Year view, you can use the filter of scheduler. In the scheduler of calendar, you can specify:

	Display all events: Displays all events in Calendar.
	Display not private events: Does not display private events in Calendar.
	Display private events: Only displays private events in Calendar.
