When you right-click the button in TopBar, a menu will pop up, and you will have more options. When you move the mouse to the system tray bar, right-click the tray icon of eReminder, the same menu will pop up.
The tray popup menu allows you to access the main eReminder functions. Right-click on the eReminder tray icon to open popup menu.
Popup menu contains the following commands:

| Database Manager | Opens eReminder Database Manager |
| Outlook Integration | Opens eReminder Integration with Outlook program. |
| Project Integration | Opens eReminder Integration with Microsoft Project/Microsoft Projectd Server. |
| QuickBooks Integration | Opens eReminder Integration with Intuit QuickBooks program. |
| Register | Enters you registration data received after purchasing eReminder. This will unlock the application. No nag events will appear any more and Help->About dialog should display your registration information. |
| Activate Manually | For eSellerate Product Activation purposes, enables activation when the computer's configuration prevents the eSellerateEngine from accessing the eSellerate servers. Invokes a wizard and allows the user to manually activate the software using a web browser on the current computer or another computer with web access. Otherwise works like the Register in that it confirms that a serial number originated from eSellerate and associates that serial number with the unique hardware identification of the computer in use. |
| Hide/Show | Hides TopBar. To show TopBar, move the mouse to the tray icon of eReminder, right click to pop up a menu, select the option of Refresh or Show, then TopBar will show again. |
| Refresh | If TopBar is not painted correctly, you can use this action to refresh the display of TopBar. |
| No Notification | When this option is checked, no notification will be popped up. After you uncheck this option, all notification missed will be popped up. |
| Configuration | Shows the dialog of Configuration. |
| How Do I? | Displays the help contents page for eReminder. |
| Help | Displays the help information. |
| On the Web | Web related information. You can visit eReminder software website, place secure online order, visit online update, or mail to author. |
| About... | Displays general information about eReminder. |
| Exit | Closes eReminder |
