Talking Agent
eReminder 2008 comes with a cast of characters including Peedy, Merlin,
Genie, and Robby.
If you specify Popup an agent as a reminder way, then a Microsoft
Agent will pop up and read the notification when the appointment/task is due.
- To specify talking agent for a task: In
the New Task Entry/Edit Task Entry dialog, click Reminder
button and then select the notification method: Popup an agent in
the dialog.
- To specify talking agent for an appointment:
In the New Appointment Entry/Edit Appointment Entry dialog,
click Reminder button and then select the notification method:
Popup an agent in the dialog.
To specify what to read and how to read when an agent is showing up, please
refer to configuration.
Note:
- If you did not install Microsoft Agent
Engine, the item of Popup an agent can not be selected.
