The following images show different time views in the scheduling area:

Day view

The day view mode displays user events on a day-by-day basis or by a number of days.

The scheduling area displays the time blocks with working hours shown in a lighter color than nonworking hours. Time blocks are used to schedule user events.

The Day view displays a timeline of events scheduled for a specific day. Events appear on a grid divided into specific time increments, from five minutes to an hour, depending on your preferences. You can change the time increments by right-clicking anywhere on the time scale, and then clicking the time increment you want on the context menu.

To set or change the working hours, you can use Options, calendar. Days containing working hours are workdays. The default workdays are Monday through to Friday. To specify different workdays, you can use Options, calendar.

Hint: If you want to just show work time in calendar, right-click anywhere in the blank area of calendar, and select Display Work Time Only. You can also use Options, calendar to get this option.

The left side of the scheduling area is occupied by the time zone bar, which displays the time of the time blocks. By default only the primary time zone is displayed. Note: the time zone bar is only visible under day view. To display a second time zone, set current time zone, or specify names for the zones, right-click anywhere on the time scale, select Change Time Zone...

When a user event is scheduled for a time that is not currently displayed in the scheduling area a yellow rectangle appears on the time zone bar, it contains an ellipsis with a small arrow indicating in which direction the scheduling area's content should be scrolled in order to bring the user event into view. The same scroll button appears when the user event is outside of the day's cell when working under the week, weeks, year or timegrid view.

Hint: Press the left and right arrows on the keyboard to move backward and forward through the calendar one day at a time.

Work Days view

The Multi-day view displays a timeline of Events/Appointments scheduled for a number of days (from 2 to 14 or work week). Events/Appointments appear on a grid divided into specific time increments—five minutes to an hour, depending on your preferences. You can change the time increments by right-clicking anywhere on the time scale, and then clicking the time increment you want on the context menu.
