Resources Layout

The scheduler supports the display of multiple users or multiple resource events, and lets you see the schedules of several resources side-by-side. For example, in the view, you can find out what everyone's schedule is for the day, find out which of your company's conference rooms is free at a specific time, or find out which cars are scheduled to wash next time.

To change the resource layout, right-click blank area on the time scale, select Resource Layout. To set whether to display user/resource events, you can specify Display in Calendar in Resources.

In the list of Resources layout editor dialog, select the resource you wish it to display in scheduler, then use Up/Down button to adjust the display order.
