Print Design

On Print Preview window, select File, Design from the menu, the Print Range allows specifying the calendar’s report time range and determining the days, weeks or months within the calendar’s report time bounds.

The Page setup dialog must store information about its settings. In Print Styles tab, use print style to specify a print style into which page setup can store its internal information.

The daily print style specifies the layout as a day per page.
The weekly print style specifies the layout as a week per page.
The monthly print style specifies the layout as a month per page.
The tri-fold print style specifies that the page is divided into three sections. Each section can be occupied by the one of the three time views (day, week or weeks) or by the task pad, plain notes or lined notes pane.
The calendar details print style specifies the layout as a day per page with the scheduled user events' descriptions included.
The memo print style displays a list of the individual user events along with their details.
The yearly print style specifies the layout as a year per page.

Use the Layout to specify how many pages there are per period.

Use the Print From to specify the starting time for the calendar’s report.

Use the Print To to specify the end time for the calendar’s report.

Click Title Properties, use Report Title to customize report title appearance. You may specify the report title text, the manner this text is displayed within report pages and change other title properties, such as transparent, color, font, font color, vertical and horizontal alignment, etc.

Note:

Print style: A combination of paper and page settings that determines the way items print.
