Easy Tracker QuickBooks Integration provides an easy way to synchronize jobs in QuickBooks and projects in Easy Tracker.
Note:
| This feature is not supported in QuickBooks Online Edition. | |
| A project will not be displayed until its client has been synchronized to QuickBooks. To learn how to synchronize clients, please click here. | |
| A project without a client will not be displayed in Projects view. To display, you need assign a client to the project in Easy Tracker Pro. | |
| If a client is not synchronized to QuickBooks, then its project information will not be displayed in Projects view. | |
| Synchronize project categories to QuickBooks firstly. If a project category is not synchronized to QuickBooks, then synchronizing projects in the project category will fail, and in the log view, some error information may show: "There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Job Type "XXX" in the Customers. QuickBooks error message: Invalid argument. The specified record does not exist in the list." If a project without assigning project category, there will no problem when synchronizing. |

| At last, synchronize Projects information. |
In the tool bar, you use the button Synchronize to synchronize selected entries. In the table part, you can select any entry, and right-click to popup menu, then choose Synchronize option to synchronize it to another application.
