Please go to the Tasks view in the Projects category, here you can start to enter the information of tasks.
Tasks are work related activities such as testing, meeting, reviewing etc. A task can be assigned to multiple projects and users in Assignments view. Assignments will be displayed in Easy Tracker timesheet entry tools (Easy Tracker Lite, Easy Tracker Punch Clock). Each user can view his or her own assignments.
Click Add button in the toolbar, or right click to pop up a menu, choose Add action.
Enter a unique name of the task.
Switch to the Details tab, enter task details. This task details will be visible for all users with this task as assignments.
Other fields are optional, to learn more about task, please refer to Tasks view.

If a task is necessary for all users, you can flag it in the attribute of Global. When make assignments, global tasks will be assigned to users automatically. |

Easy Tracker 2007 integrates measurement items insides. With these measurement items, you can collect some data in Easy Tracker Lite easily and quickly. To learn how to use measurement, please refer to How to use measurement. |
