How to order Easy Tracker Enterprise/Professional

1, Start Register (Right-click the floating topbar of Easy Tracker, and select the menu item of Register...); For Enterprise edition, please start Register in the PC which is working as a server.
2, Get Host ID from the Register Easy Tracker dialog. (This Host ID information is required to order this software);
3, Please visit http://www.etimeinc.com/product/purchase/index.htm to start the order process;
4, In the step of Review and submit of order processing, please enter Host ID in Host ID field of Additional Ordering Information section, and this information is required to generate license data.
5, Continue the order processing according to the instructions.

How to register Easy Tracker Lite/Standard

1, After you successfully ordered a product of Easy Tracker Lite/Standard, you will receive the Serial Number in the receipt email.
2, Right-click the floating tobpar of Easy Tracker, select the menu item of Register....
3, Enter the serial number in the Register Easy Tracker dialog;
4, Click the Register button. It will display license information if the registration is successful.

How to register Easy Tracker Professional/Enterprise

1, After you successfully ordered a product of Easy Tracker Professional/Enterprise, you will receive a License.dat file in the receipt email.
2, Save this file to a secure folder on the same PC as which you used to place the order.
3, Right-click the floating topbar of Easy Tracker . And select the menu item of Register....
4, In the Register Easy Tracker dialog, switch to the right tab according to the edition you purchased. And then you will see three fields in the tab:

5, Click the Browse icon button to choose the License.dat file from the path where you saved it before, or enter the path directly.
6, Click the Register button in the Register Easy Tracker dialog. It will display license information if the registration is successful.

Further information of Licenses for Easy Tracker Enterprise/Professional

One license is required for a user to use Easy Tracker application (Easy Tracker timesheet entry tools, or Easy Tracker Pro).
If a user does not use any Easy Tracker application, his/her license can be transferred to another user. After transfer, his/her time entries or expense entries are still available for report and statistics.

To get license information

1, Start Easy Tracker Pro;
2, Select About in the Help menu. In the About dialog, there displays how many licenses available and how many licenses used.

To update licenses

For Easy Tracker Professional/Enterprise:

1, Start Easy Tracker Pro, select Register... in the Help menu; or click Start, Program, Easy Tracker Pro, Easy Tracker Register.
2, select the right database, and enter the full path of the new license file.
3, Click Register to update licenses, if success, a dialog will show how many licenses you have now.

To release a license

1, Start Easy Tracker Pro;
2, Switch to the Users view in the Users category;
3, Set User Uses and Leader Users as None;

To transfer a license

1, Start Easy Tracker Pro;
2, Switch to the Users view in the Users category;
3, Select the user who will no longer use Easy Tracker application, and set User Uses and Leader Users as None;
4, Select the user who will use Easy Tracker application, and set User Uses and Leader Users as appropriate value;

Upgrades

Users are entitled to free upgrades at the same major version, this may last about one year.
