When you forgot to track a task, you can add a time entry here for the task manually. When you find a time entry need to be modified, you can edit the time entry here.
When a time entry is added, the date of the entry is determined by the selected entry in the Time Log view. If there exists time interval, you can choose to add time log before or after the select entry in the Time Log view.
In the dialog of Add / Edit Time Entry, fill in necessary fields. There are two actions for you to enter time.

Get earliest time from previous entry With this action, you can get the end time of the previous time entry as the start time. If you do that, it means the activity is done immediately after the previous activity. |

Get latest time from next time entry With this action, you can get the start time of the next time entry as the end time. If you do that, it means the next activity is done immediately after current activity. |

| Measurement Items | Measurement items. With these
measurement item, you can collect some data in this time log.
For example, to review a document, you may want to get these measurement items: how many pages have been reviewed, how many bugs have been found, etc. All of these data can be collected in the time log. With these data, you can get a clear view of your productivity. One task provides three measurement items to measure. If there are more than 3 items to measure, you need consider to choose the most important 3 items from them. Note: once a user has used the measure item to track a task, you should prevent altering the measure item name, otherwise the previous created time logs may use the wrong item names, and the report or statistics may not correct. | Summary | With summary, you can write down your task progress, your creative ideas, etc. | ||||||||
| Obstruction | When you meet some problem, or you need some help, you can write them here. It provides a way to let your team leader or project leader know of that. Of course, you can also use this field to provide a way to remember your own difficulties. |
In this dialog, you can add or edit a time entry. To delete the time entry, you can close this dialog and delete it in the Time Log view in the General category.

If the time entry is in tracking status, it can not be modified. |
When you select an assignment/a task, Task Details section in the Task Description tab will show your assignment details. Usually, your team leader or project leader will enter the assignment details for you, but you can also edit your assignment details here. When your assignment details have changed, or you have finished part of the assignment, you can edit the assignment details in this section. After the edition, always remember to use the action of Save to save your latest assignment details.
This tab also shows some information about the time log tracking and the task progress. To get more information, move the mouse over the attribute you are interested in, then you can get a short description about the attribute.
This tab has two parts. One is Measurement Items section, the other is Summary section.
With measurement items, you can collect some data in this time log.
With summary, you can write down some lines about your task progress, your creative ideas, etc.

When you meet some problem, or you need some help, you can write them here. It provides a way to let your team leader or project leader know of that. Of course, you can also use it to provide a way to remember your own difficulties.
When you need a short break from your current work, you can use the action of Pause to start an interrupt. Time Tracker will pop up a dialog to record this break, and auto-switch to Interrupt tab. After the break, you can use the action of Resume to continue your work, or use the action of Stop to stop your work.
