Submit Entries

Only available for Easy Tracker Professional / Easy Tracker Enterprise.

There are two places to submit entries. One is in the Time Log view, and the other is in the Expense Tracker view. Both places can submit time entries and expense entries.

In the Submit Entries dialog, you can choose to submit time entries or expense entries or both.

The grid lists the statistics of time entries in the date range determined by Start Date and End Date. You can refer to the advertise range to check whether your work hours is more or less than the normal work hours.

In the Description area, you can enter some lines to describe your submit. When the entries are out of advertise range, your explanation is especially important, or your director may reject your entries. For example, when your work hours in some day is not enough, or when your travel fees are beyond the normal travel standard, you can explain the reason here.

The default approver is your direct leader, i.e. your team leader. If that is not your condition, you can change your approver.

If these entries are okay, or you have make necessary explanation, you can use the action of Submit to submit your entries to be approved.

Once the time or expense entries are submitted, they will no longer be available for editing.
In the Time Log view, Time Sheet view, Expense Tracker view, the approval status of the submitted entries will change to Under Review.
