This view displays the status of your current assignments. In the white part of the grid, you can edit these fields: Start Date, End Date, Estimated Hours, Complete %. When you switch the details view to Details of Assignment, you can edit the assignment details.
There are several views to show details:
By creating a reminder, Easy Tracker Reminder can pop up a notification when the time is due. If the assignment is recurring, you can create a recurrence pattern with the action of Edit Recurrence. A recurring assignment with a reminder will generate notification periodically.
To edit recurrence of an assignment, click the action of Edit Recurrence in the popup menu. To learn more about recurrence, please refer to Recurrence.
To edit reminder of an assignment, click the action of Edit Reminder in the popup menu. To learn more about reminder, please refer to Reminder.
User who has the assignments knows exactly when to finish it, how long to take, what progress it is, what to do, etc. So this view provides convenience to edit assignment.

| Task | What task this assignment relates to. |
| Total Duration | The total time has been spent in this project and task. |
| Total Interrupt | The total interrupt time has
happened in this project and task. Too many interrupts are not good
messages.
The more interrupts exist, the lower efficiency is. To improve your work productivity, you should take some actions to reduce interrupts. There may exists two reasons. One is you have record your normal work activities as a break, and the other is you do have spent too much time in breaks. For the first condition, you need adjust your assignments, maybe add some assignments for your new activities. For the second condition, you may need adjust your work habits. |
| Effective Time | The effective time has been spent in this project and task. |
| Start Date | The date the assignment is planed to start. Start Date and End Date determine the date range of this job. If your assignment has been adjusted, you may need modify this date to fresh plan. |
| End Date | The date the assignment is planed to end. Start Date and End Date determine the date range of this job. If your assignment has been adjusted, you may need modify this date to fresh plan. |
| Estimated Hours | The estimated hours planed to finish the selected assignment. If you find the hours are not correct, you modify it to your best estimation. |
| Complete % | How many percentage of this assignment have finished? When you have make progress in this job, you can enter the progress here. 100% means you have finished this job. If the percentage is more than 100%, it indicates your plan need adjust, or your work efficiency need improve. |
| Assignment Details | When an
assignment is created, assignment details will share data from the task
related to.
Usually, your director may enter the common notes in the task's details, and every new-created assignments related to this task can get the same details then. After created, the assignment details can be modified to suite for different users. When your assignment details have changed, or you have finished part of the assignment, you can also edit the assignment details. |
| Task Details | Task details is public for all assignments related to this task. When an assignment is firstly created, its details comes from task's details. This field is read-only in this view. |
In the main tool bar, you can use Refresh action to refresh showing data. In the tool bar, you can select details view, which determines details to show. In the gird, you can edit recurrence and reminder by right-click to popup a menu.
