My Assignments provides two views to display and edit assignments. One is Grid View, and the other is Calendar View.
By creating a reminder, Easy Tracker Reminder can pop up a notification when the time is due. If the assignment is recurring, you can create a recurrence pattern. A recurring assignment with a reminder will generate notification periodically.

This view displays the status of your current assignments, and provides a shortcut to edit these fields: Important, Urgent, Place, Estimated Hours, Complete %. When you switch the details view to Details of Assignment, you can edit the assignment details.
You can choose to show different detailed information in the bottom part of this grid view.

This view displays assignment entries in calendar mode. The view is a container divided into the following sections:

the scheduling area is used to view assignment entries under various time views. The day, week, weeks, year and timegrid views, shown in the scheduling area, enable you to view your assignment entries in different arrangements and formats. |

the Date Navigator pane is used to change the dates in the scheduling area. It provides a quick and easy way to change the dates in the scheduling area. It can be used to change views between day, week and weeks. |
Calendar View provides a great convenience to adjust or enter an assignment entry.

| Project | What project this assignment relates to. |
| Task | What task this assignment relates to. |
| Total Duration | The total time has been spent in this project and task. |
| Total Interrupt | The total interrupt time has
happened in this project and task. Too many interrupts are not good
messages.
The more interrupts exist, the lower efficiency is. To improve your work productivity, you should take some actions to reduce interrupts. There may exists two reasons. One is you have record your normal work activities as a break, and the other is you do have spent too much time in breaks. For the first condition, you need adjust your assignments, maybe add some assignments for your new activities. For the second condition, you may need adjust your work habits. |
| Effective Time | The effective time has been spent in this project and task. |
| Start Date | The date the assignment is planed to start. Start Date and End Date determine the date range of this job. If your assignment has been adjusted, you may need modify this date to fresh plan. |
| End Date | The date the assignment is planed to end. Start Date and End Date determine the date range of this job. If your assignment has been adjusted, you may need modify this date to fresh plan. |
| Estimated Hours | The estimated hours planed to finish the selected assignment. If you find the hours are not correct, you modify it to your best estimation. |
| Complete % | How many percentage of this assignment have finished? When you have make progress in this job, you can enter the progress here. 100% means you have finished this job. If the percentage is more than 100%, it indicates your plan need adjust, or your work efficiency need improve. |
| Assignment Details | When an assignment is created,
assignment details will share data from the task relate to.
Usually, your director may enter the common notes in the task's details, and every new-created assignments relate to this task can get the same details then. After created, the assignment details can be modified to suite for different users. When your assignment details have changed, or you have finished part of the assignment, you can also edit the assignment details. |
| Task Details | Task details is public for all assignments related to this task. When an assignment is firstly created, its details comes from task's details. This field is read-only in this view. |

| Adjustment | The adjustment hours for the selected assignment. The default value is 0. |
| Rate Charged | The Rate Charged for the
selected assignment.
The rate charged is inherited from the rate charged of the assignment's user, you can also modify it for this specified assignment. To modify the user's rate charged, go to the My Rates view in the My Projects category. |
| Wage Rate | The Wage Rate for the selected
assignment.
The wage rate is inherited from the wage rate of the assignment's user, you can also modify it for this specified assignment. To modify the user's wage rate, go to the My Rates view in the My Projects category. |
| Task Prorating | The Task Prorating for the selected assignment. The task prorating is inherited from the task prorating of the assignment's task, you can also modify it for this specified assignment. To modify the task's task prorating, go to the My Tasks view in the My Projects category |
| WBS Code | WBS Code. The Work Breakdown Structure code for the selected assignment. |
| Client Cost | The Client Cost for the
selected assignment.
When you finish this assignments, you can charge to the client based on this Cost. This part is calculated automatically, you can not modify it. Client and company cost are calculated based on the following formulae: Client cost = (estimated hours + adjust hours) * rate charged *

selected assignment.

| Show time as | Displays the time status for the item as free, busy, tentative, or out of office when others view your schedule. |
| Label | Allows you to apply a color-coded label to this assignment so you can tell at a glance what kind of assignment it is. |
In the main tool bar, you can use Refresh action to refresh showing data. In the tool bar, you can select details view, which determines details to show. In the gird, you can edit recurrence and reminder by right-click to popup a menu.

The fields in the white part can be edited, and their modification can be synchronized to Easy Tracker Pro immediately after saved. |
