To get this dialog, switch to the Time Sheet view in the main control, right-click the grid to popup a menu, then select the Add Project&Task action.
This dialog has three parts: top part, middle part and bottom part.
The top part is task list. This table contains all of your assignments. Double-click the select item, Time Sheet will auto-add this project&task to the grid.
To sort the item in the table, click the header of Client, Project or Task. To learn more about Table, please refer to Table View.
The middle part shows project and task description. Click the item in the task list, the description section will show the corresponding description.
The bottom part contains several buttons to quickly add project&task.
