eReminder Center
By default,
eReminder TopBar starts
automatically when you start your computer because otherwise you
may easily miss the task or appointment reminder. By default, it
starts automatically after the installation also. If eReminder
TopBar has been running, it will start to run eReminder
application directly. |

A task is a personal or work-related
errand you want to track through completion. A task can occur once
or repeatedly (a recurring task). A recurring task can repeat at
regular intervals or repeat based on the date you mark the task
complete. |

The Add/Edit Task Entry dialog is
used to input a new task or modify an existing task. New alarm,
birthday, call, or other task entries can be added or edited using
this dialog box. |

Calendar allows you to view all your
appointments/events in a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly
overview. The Day view displays a timeline of events
scheduled for a specific day. Events appear on a grid divided into
specific time increments, from five minutes to an hour, depending
on your preferences. |
 |

The Multi-day view displays a
timeline of Events/Appointments scheduled for a number of days
(from 2 to 14 or work week). Events/Appointments appear on a grid
divided into specific time increments—five minutes to an hour,
depending on your preferences. |

The Week view lists the Events/
Appointments scheduled for each day of a particular week. |
 |
|
The Month view shows
Events/Appointments scheduled for an entire month. |
 |
|
Appointments are activities that you
schedule in your calendar that do not involve inviting other
people or reserving resources. You can set reminders for your
appointments. You can also specify how your calendar looks to
others by designating the time an appointment takes as busy, free,
tentative, or out of office. You can schedule recurring
appointments. |

The Add/Edit Appointment Entry dialog

Notes are the electronic equivalent
of paper sticky notes. Use notes to jot down questions, ideas,
reminders, and anything you would write on note paper. You can
leave notes open on the screen while you work. |

Contacts is your e-mail address book
and information storage for the people and businesses you want to
communicate with. Use Contacts to store the e-mail address, street
address, multiple phone numbers, and any other information that
relates to the contact, such as a birthday or anniversary date. |

Holidays may be legal holiday,
national holiday, custom holiday. Holiday may be added to your
appointment. |
 |
|
Regions may be a State, Province or
Country where your company has business. |
 |
|
Locations, a business establishment
or office. Optionally, a task or an appointment can have a
location, and a user can have an office. |
 |
|
Resources can be any resources that
can be used for support or help, for example, meeting rooms, cars,
washing machines, etc. The multi-resource calendar view lets you
see the schedules of several resources side-by-side. For example,
in the view, you can find out what everyone's schedule is for the
day, find out which of your company's conference rooms is free at
a specific time, or find out which cars of your clients are
scheduled to wash next time. |

Options dialog is the place to
customize your settings for your Calendar. |

eReminder enables you to easily print
elegant reports. Select File, Print Preview from the menu, pop up
the Print Preview window that provides a visual representation of
a report. |

You can print it directly from the
preview window or via specific methods to maintain closer control
over the printing process. eReminder provides full support for
design and runtime preview windows. |
