Synchronize Appointments

eReminder QuickBooks Integration provides an easy way to synchronize between ToDos in QuickBooks and Appointments in eReminder.

Note:

	Before synchronizing data, make sure you have made some basic configuration for QuickBooks.
	There has a to-do/task/appointment with the same subject exists in eReminder and QuickBooks before you synchronize at the first time, you can rename or delete one of them, or synchronize the to-do to eReminder and replace the task/appointment in eReminder.

To synchronize Appointments in eReminder to ToDos in QuickBooks

Start QuickBooks.
Start eReminder.
From the popup menu of TopBar, choose QuickBooks Integration.
Switch to Appointments view.
Select entries. To select multiple entries, hold down the ctrl or shift keys to select. To select all entries, use Ctrl + A.
From the File menu, choose Synchronize, or click the button Synchronize in the toolbar.

To synchronize ToDos in QuickBooks to Appointments in eReminder

Start QuickBooks.
Start eReminder.
From the popup menu of TopBar, choose QuickBooks Integration.
Switch to ToDo view.
Select entries. To select multiple entries, hold down the ctrl or shift keys to select. To select all entries, use Ctrl + A.
From the File menu, choose Synchronize, or click the button Synchronize in the toolbar.

How to use this view:

In the tool bar, you use the button Synchronize to synchronize selected entries. In the table part, you can select any entry, and right-click to popup menu, then choose Synchronize option to synchronize it to another application.
