Enter client information

Please go to the Clients view in the Clients category, here you can start to enter the information of clients.

Client is a person, division or company who bills one or several projects. One client may have several projects, so you can assign multiple projects to a client. If not charge for the services provided or expenses incurred, it is not necessary to create a client.

  1. Click add button in the toolbar, or right click to pop up a menu, choose Add action.

  2. Enter a unique name of the client.

  3. Select the region from the dropdown list. You can apply a different tax rate to each region, and the invoices prepared will be based on the tax rate. To add or edit a region, please go to the Regions view in the Clients category.

  4. Enter a unique acronym for the client. An acronym is a short form of the client name. It will appear in reports and timesheet entry tools. For convenience, you can also click the button in the right part of Acronym, it will auto-calculate the acronym.
