Defect ID

The defect identifier.

Project Name

The project against which the defect appeared. Here is Easy Tracker.

Customer Name

The customer's name.

Date Opened

The date the report was opened. Here is the date you find the defect.

Summary

The defect report summary.

Subsystem

The subsystem where the defect came out. It has the following value: Task, Appointment, Calendar, etc.

Severity

The severity of the defect. It has the following value:
1. Information - The prompt information of the software is not correct. But the exist of defect does not affect the software running.
2. Middle - After the defect happens, the performance is lower than usually. Or the software produces some wrong information, or wrong result.
3. Severe - The defect makes some functions of Easy Tracker abnormal.
4. Critical - The defect causes the software crash, or makes OS run abnormally.

Version

The version of Easy Tracker.

Steps to Reproduce

How the customer were able to reproduce the defect.

Isolation

What customer did to determine the defect was real, and to find influencing factors.

Data

The pertinent data to produce this defect. If possible, you can attach your database files located in the data directory of Easy Tracker.

Program registration key If you're a registered user, please inform us your program registration key. This will help us to process your request faster
