Time Log view provides multi-views to display time entries.

| Measurement | Display the measurement information you collected in time tracking |

| Pivot Analysis Duration | Pivot analysis produces multidimensional duration reports on time
entries. For example, the weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly report on
which projects/tasks you have worked, how many hours and the sum. To learn how to use pivot analysis, please refer to How to Use Pivot Analysis |
| Pivot Analysis Cost | Pivot analysis produces multidimensional duration/cost reports on
time entries. For example, the weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly report on
which projects/tasks you have worked, how many hours, how much they cost
and the sum. To learn how to use pivot analysis, please refer to How to Use Pivot Analysis This view is only available for Easy Tracker Mini/Standard Edition. |
In any view of Time Log view, you can add or edit any time entry. If you forgot tracking a task, you can add a time entry here for the task manually. If you find some time entry need to be modified, you can edit it here.
When a new time entry is added, the date of the entry is determined by the selected entry in the Time Log view. If there exists time interval, you can choose to add time log before or after the select entry in the Time Log view.
NOTE: Only time entries not submitted or rejected can be edited.
When you have confirmed the time entries are okay, you can use the action of Submit to submit your entries to your director.
Time entry has several approval statuses:
Note: Submit is only available for Easy Tracker Professional / Easy Tracker Enterprise.
Right-click the grid, it will popup a menu, which provides rich functions to edit or display time entries.
The following table describes the menu items in popup menu or tool bar.

| Edit Time Log | Popup Edit Time Log dialog to edit the selected time entry.
Double-click the select entry or press Enter key can also popup Edit
Time Log dialog. NOTE: Only time entries not submitted or rejected can be edited. |
| Add Time Log | Add a time log. When a time entry is added, the date of the entry is determined by the selected entry in the Time Log view. If there exists time slot, you can choose to add time log before or after the select entry in the Time Log View. |
| Delete Time Log | Delete the selected time entry.
NOTE: Only time entries not submitted or rejected can be edited. Keyboard shortcut: Delete |
| Switch To A Task Link This | Switch to a new task like this. This action will stop the current tracking task, and switch to a new task like this one. |
| Submit | When you have confirmed the time entries are okay, you can
use the action of Submit to submit your entries to your director. Only available for Easy Tracker Professional / Easy Tracker Enterprise. |

| Refresh | Refresh the display in the selected view. Keyboard shortcut: F5 |

| Context Help | After you click this button, the mouse cursor will change to
what's it cursor, move the cursor to the grid in the selected view and
click, then a context help dialog will popup.

In the main tool bar, you can use the actions of Prior Span, Next Span to navigate different date range, and use Refresh action to refresh the listed time entries. In the tool bar, you can select the date range, which determines the time entries to show. In the grid, you can right click and select to add or edit time entry from the popup menu items.
