Submit Entries

Only available for Easy Tracker Professional / Easy Tracker Enterprise.

There are two places to submit entries. One is in the Time Log view, and the other is in the Expense Tracker view. Both places you can submit time entries and expense entries.

The Submit Entries dialog lists the entries you select.

Note: the entries under tracking, under review or approved will not be listed.

In the Description area, you can enter some text to describe your submit. When the entries are out of normal range, your explanation is especially important, or your director may reject your entries. For example, when your work hours in some day are not enough, or when your travel fees are beyond the normal travel standard, you can explain the reason here.

The default approver is your direct leader, i.e. your team leader. If that is not your condition, you need change the team you actually belong to in Users view of the Users category in Easy Tracker Pro. If you can not change, then contact your Easy Tracker administrator to help you.

If the default approver is not correct, or your leader is on vacation, you can also select another person from the list.

If these entries are okay, or you have make necessary explanation, you can use Submit to submit your entries to be approved.
