This view is provided to configure your work habits.

Habits

My day starts at the time you normally start working. It is used to set a default value for the Tracking from the last time log button at the beginning of each day. But if the time you work is earlier than My day starts at, then Easy Tracker Lite will suppose you work in advance this day, and use the current time.

My day ends at the time you normally stop working. It is used to set a default value for the time entries without stopping tracking previous day. But if the end time of a time entry is bigger than My day ends at, then Easy Tracker Lite will suppose you stop working later than usually, and use the end time.

Auto-alarm

Set "Auto-alarm" to the minimum and maximum working hours per day, the maximum total interrupt hours per day and the minimum total efficiency per day.

Easy Tracker Lite will advise you before submitting your timesheet whenever a day goes beyond the configured boundaries.

Here simply explains the terms used:

Total Time Sum of the duration of all time entries per day. If you just track your work time, then it is your total working hours in a day.

Total Effective Time Sum of the effective time of all time entries per day.

Total Interrupt Sum of the total interrupt of all time entries per day. The more interrupts exist, the lower efficiency is. To improve your work productivity, you should take some actions to reduce interrupts.

Total Efficiency Total Efficiency = Total Effective Time / Total Time. The higher efficiency, the better. High efficiency means your work productivity is high, and you have spent most of time on your awarded-work.
